Trail Marker in the Design District

Most locals agree… times are a bit slow right now. July is typically more of a down time for us, so I’ll take the opportunity to post some pictures of development and items of interest that are right in our back yard! I mentioned the trail in an earlier post as a part of the development process happening outside of downtown Dallas. Check out the main website for the Trinity Strand Trail!

To the left, you’ll see a recently constructed trail marker that is located in the Dallas Design District. The trail head will lead through the levee system and connect to larger trail systems already established in the area. Phase 1 is scheduled to be completed by next year, running behind the Anatole (and right beside our shop!). Especially during these challenging economic times, any development is good news to investors, realtors and general contractors in the Dallas area.
