This is good new, especially in tough economic times. Big development along the Trinity River Corridor would provide a huge boost to local investors, developers and realtors. Low bidders sometimes end up being expensive due to these change orders that they know they’ll need to complete the project.
So true… It is not easy finding a contractor that will bid a whole project up front. At any rate, this development could be coming at an optimal time – important news for the Dallas community.
