This is good new, especially in tough economic times. Big development along the Trinity River Corridor would provide a huge boost to local investors, developers and realtors. So true… It is not easy finding a contractor that will bid a whole project up front. At any rate, this development could be coming at an optimal time – important news for the Dallas community.
